Cancellation Policy
Public workshops and seminars cancelled by Teamswork, LLC:
We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by phone and/or email 48 hours prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check or by credit to your charge card.
Custom workshops and seminars, consulting, and coaching engagements cancelled by Teamswork, LLC:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the cancellation policy for privately contracted work is the same as for public workshops and seminars, with the exception that if a portion of the contracted work has been provided, payment will be due to the extent that such services have been provided.
Refund Policy
Public workshops and seminars:
A full refund for registration in public workshops and seminars will be granted, less a $10 handling fee, for requests made four weeks prior to any scheduled presentation. A fifty percent refund will be granted for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to any presentation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than one week prior to any presentation. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Custom workshops and seminars, consulting, and coaching engagements:
Refund policies for privately contracted work will be established as part of any contract for services. Unless specified to the contrary, any refund request made subsequent to the cancellation of work contacted by a client of Teamswork, LLC will be limited to the value of remaining work to be performed, less any preparation by Teamswork, LLC for the remaining work to be performed.

At this time, we receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing tools for you, improving our site, and communicating with you.
With Whom Your Information is Shared
We do not share your personally identifiable information with other outside companies, apart from those acting as our agents in providing our service to you, and which agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep the information secure and confidential. Also, entities into which our company is merged, or to which our assets, site or operations have been transferred, will be able to use your personal information under the terms of this privacy policy. We will also disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. You should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit your information to be shared or transferred to third parties without your permission.
Please note that no credit card information is stored in our system. We process our payments through Authorized.net and they have the most secure policies in the industry.
Confidential Information
Please note that Teamswork, LLC does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our web site. Any non-personal information or material sent to Teamswork, LLC will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending Teamswork, LLC any non-personal information or material, you grant Teamswork, LLC an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that Teamswork, LLC is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose. However, we will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless: (a) you grant us permission to do so; (b) we first notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of a site will be published or otherwise used with your name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law. |
