TeamsWork was established in 2002 to help leaders navigate the daily challenge of organizational culture, particularly organizations in transition due to conflict and/or tumultuous market conditions.  Randy Rowland's accounting background, combined with his experience as the CEO of an employee owned company, provide a unique perspective on the impact of business culture and effective communications upon the bottom line.

Randy is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  He has also studied Keirsey Temperament Theory, Emotional Intelligence, Interaction Styles and is a trained mediator.
