Workshops
Randy Rowland and Teamswork provide customized
workshops to leaders, employees, and Boards of Directors for
the purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of each individual and each
group. Alongside the information presented are numerous examples
from Randy's
years of owning and operating a variety of businesses, serving on Boards
of Directors, and facilitating teams. Attendees at Randy's
workshops are encouraged to contribute their experiences to the group.
NOTE: More Professionalism CLE courses are coming! Based on the positive response to the May 2010 "Communication & Professionalism" events, more will be offered during the Fall of 2010 and 2011.
Workshops are:
- Fun: why not? What we enjoy learning, we learn better.
- Multi-sensory: when our differing learning styles are addressed,
knowledge retention is improved.

- Understanding and Developing Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Through a review of the latest in neural science, participants in an EQ workshop gain a basic understanding of why we humans react to others the way we do.
- This understanding sets the stage for changing our less desirable
reactions, and reinforcing the more "socially intelligent," and
therefore more effective, reactions.
- The combination of Myers-Briggs Personality
Type theory and Emotional Intelligence provides a foundation
upon which a rewarding and productive personal, professional, and
social life can be achieved.
